Entrepreneurship Training |
1. Bootcamp - VSU-AFTBI will conduct a Bootcamp to entice potential incubatees, farmers, young entrepreneurs, agriculture graduate, retired private and government employees and other interested individuals are all invited. This learning process which involve different strategies will help enable potential incubate to improve their businesses with the skill that they will learn during the training. |

2. Basic record keeping and accounting - This training will enable incubatee to practice keeping business records in an orderly and disciplined manner. Maintaining a good record keeping is one of the most important responsibilities a business owner should have. There are lots of types of record keeping; choosing what system suited to your business will depend on the type, complexity, and available resources of your business. |

3. Product costing and pricing - Incubatee will be trained to conduct cost and pricing analysis of products in order to evaluate financial feasibility of the Dehydrated Pineapple |

4. Business plan preparation - One of the essentials in doing business is creating a business plan. Incubatee will be train to outline the goals of their business, future plans and objectives. Business Plan gives direction to your business. It is a written plan from a marketing, financial and operational perspective. |

5. Marketing - One of the important components of business management is marketing. This is a process of identifying the needs of the market (customers) anticipating and satisfying them with their needs and wants. |

Technical Training |
1. Plant Operation and Maintenance - Workshop/training to meet food processing facility standards. Each technology had different necessities in terms of equipment, number of people and etc. The scope of training may be as wide as entire food processing facility, or narrowed to only a specific system or topic. These courses may be customized for the safety and cleanliness of a facility. |

2. Product processing on Dehydrated Pineapple - Technology generator/researcher will conduct the actual processing. Provide the formulation of ingredients and exact time of cooking. Non-disclosure agreement will be executed before the conduct of training to avoid copyright infringement and protection of the technology |

3. Food safety training - Providing adequate food safety training to everyone who handles food in a business is essential to protecting the customers from food poisoning, allergic reactions and other health risks that could occur from eating contaminated food. |

4. Production training - A crucial training to meet everyday challenges of a business. Optimal production depends on many factors. Lean processes, low stocks, optimal capacity utilization and safe machinery are only a few examples of the challenges manufactures have to face every day. This training will support an incubatee more competitive in production such as production security, machine capacity and safety and GMP standards among others. |
